The buyer pays the ticket price + ₦100 processing fee. The 6% service charge is deducted from the ticket price before payout to the organizer.
Are there any monthly or setup fees?
No. There are zero upfront costs. You only pay when you sell tickets or run paid voting contests. Free events and free contests are completely free to host.
How fast do I get paid?
Earnings are available for withdrawal within 24-48 hours after your event ends. You can withdraw to any Nigerian bank account.
Is there a fee for orders under ₦1,000?
For orders under ₦1,000, only the 6% service fee applies. The ₦100 processing fee is waived.
Can I pass the fee to buyers?
The ₦100 processing fee is already passed to the buyer at checkout. The 6% service charge comes from your ticket revenue.
How do voting contests work?
You create a contest, add contestants with photos, set a vote price (or make it free), and share it. Voters pay to vote, you earn the revenue minus 6% platform commission. Free contests allow 1 vote per person.
When can I withdraw contest earnings?
Contest earnings become available for withdrawal once the contest end date passes. You can then request payout from the same withdrawal page used for event earnings.
Is there a fee for contest votes under ₦1,000?
For vote payments under ₦1,000, only the 6% platform commission applies. The ₦100 processing fee is only added when the total exceeds ₦1,000.
